Fire Safety Awareness Course.

Everyone at work has a duty to prevent fire. To develop a robust fire safety culture, you need a shared set of positive attitudes, knowledge, perceptions and beliefs about fire prevention and fire protection. A significant step to achieving this culture is developing an awareness of fire safety among the workforce.

On completion of this Fire Safety Awareness Course, learners will be able to:

  • Explain the Fire Triangle
  • Identify fire hazards
  • Explain fire procedures
  • Compare and contrast the different types of Fire Extinguishers
  • Demonstrate the correct use of Fire Extinguishers
  • Demonstrate the correct use of a Fire Blanket
  • Outline the roles of a Fire Marshal/ Fire Warden

Training Location: Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, 409 Stillorgan Road, Dublin A94 V6K5. On the N11 and near the M50.
